The Golden Globes was the place to be for actors on Sunday night, and while the entire Empire cast was there, winning awards and the like, their “rival” of sorts – the Power cast – were nowhere to be found. And that, according to the show’s producer 50 Cent, was because they were not invited! “This is how Omari looked at me, When STARZ said they don’t have tickets to the Golden Globes,” 50 wrote that night on Instagram with a photo of the show’s star, Omari Hardwick. “I said I know, I’ll fix it sometimes you don’t have to say a word to express how you feel.” Damn, that’s not cool if true! However, hopefully it’s just motivation for the Power crew to grind even harder. It’s an amazing show and they’ll get the recognition they deserve sooner or later!
50 Cent Asks The Judge To Reduce His Judgement In Sex Tape Scandal
50 Cent was back in court on Wednesday (January 6th) asking the judge to slash the $7 million dollar penalty awarded to Rick Ross’ baby mama, Lastonia Leviston to $1.6 million. Incase you missed it, 50 was ordered to pay Leviston for leaking her sex tape online. 50, who’s currently battling bankruptcy, says he’s strapped for cash and wants the award reduced because, according to reports, “the $7 million award doubles up the emotional damages and the rest is excessive.” The judge said he would rule on the request by the end of the month. We’ll just have to stay tuned. Hopefully, this can all be worked out.

50 Cent told fans they could expect a follow up to his latest project, ‘The Kanan Tape’. It now appears he’s coming through after the G-Unit boss, posted Sunday, what appeared to be the cover art for the ‘Kanan Reloaded’ mixtape, with the caption, “KANAN RELOADED, COMING SOON.” The buzz for the forthcoming tape, was dull and 50 cent did not take that lightly. 50 Cent has been the ultimate Petty Wap as of late after he sued his fellow rapper frenemy, Rick Ross, for doing a freestyle over his “In Da Club” beat on Renzel Remixes. As you may remember, Fif and Ricky Rozay have bad blood due to all of the sex-tape drama involving Ross’ baby moms. However during his last promo run for his latest album, Black Market, Rozay said NUMEROUS times that the beef is dead and that there is no further reasons for the two to feel any type of way against each other. WELP RICKY… it looks like you’re the only one with that mindset!

Well this is crazy. 50 Cent has officially filed a lawsuit against his longtime enemy Rick Ross. The $2 million judgment stems from Ross’ recent Renzel Remixes mixtape, where he raps over 50’s “In Da Club” beat. The fact 50 is pulling such a bold move is crazy enough, but over a mixtape that Ross didn’t even make money off of? Even more crazy! 50 is using the angle that Renzel Remixes was used as publicity to drive sales for Ross’ Black Market album, thus meaning he profited off of it. I’m interested to see where this goes!
