A horrific accident on the Hutchison River Parkway occurred this morning around 7:30 a.m. near Orchard Beach Road. 2 people were killed and 4 others were taken to Jacobi Hospital after the three car accident. 2 people were listed in critical condition and 2 people were treated for minor injuries.
