Former teeny-boppers around the world rejoiced last night when Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Lance Bass reunited on stage at the 2013 VMAs for the first time in many, many years…but don’t get overly excited. Unlike their boyband counterparts New Kids On The Block and Backstreet Boys, they will not be getting back together for a tour or an album. “People are hyping this as to mean like next month they’ll go on tour, but there’s been no talk of it,” Joey Fatone’s father said.. “I don’t think they should pump this up as much as they are doing. It’s not like they’re going on tour. Yes there are still fanatical fans who hope for one day that *NSYNC will get back together, but the truth is that they are all doing their own thing now.” I think it’s best to stay that way anyway…as the guys looked PRETTY rusty out there. Sheesh!

Kendrick forgot about Macklemore. After winning Billboard’s Top Rap Song Award for “Thrift Shop” in May, he takes home the video music award for Best Hip-Hop video. Thanks to “Can’t Hold Us,” Macklemore won a KAWS Moonman (that Drake will have to pay $200 million Canadian dollars to buy from him) against Kendrick [“Swimming Pools (Drank)”], J. Cole [“Power Trip”], A$AP Rocky [“F**kin’ Problems”] and Drake [“Started From the Bottom”]. He also won a KAWS Moonman for Best Video With A Social Message with “Same Love.” See the videos that won after the jump!

N*Sync Reuniting At The 2013 VMAs!
As the 90’s pre-teen in me does a backflip… Rumor has it Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone, formerly known as the boyband N*Sync, will be reuniting to take the stage at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday, August 25. Zomg! This will mark the first time the guys have performed together on TV since the 2003 Grammy Awards. That’s a decade in the making! Literally cannot wait! Be sure to tune in live on MTV on Sunday.
