After taking home two awards for ‘Best Female R&B Artist’ and the ‘Ashford & Simpson Song Writer’s Award’ during this year’s 2013 Soul Train Awards, the songstress took the stage to perform her hit singles “Love & War,” “All the Way Home” and “The One.” HOWEVER, we’re quite confused as to why Tamar was rockin’ a one-piece thong type outfit of some sort.
