Palin Hacker gets a year…in a halfway house!!!

Remember During the Last Presidential Campaign in 2008 a story broke about someone hacking Sara Palin’s yahoo account?? No well David Kernell, a former University of Tennessee student, is that guy and he has been sentenced to one year in custody. The 22-year-old was convicted of unauthorized access to a protected computer and destroying records to impede a federal investigation, while he was found not guilty of a separate wire-fraud charge. (A jury deadlocked over an identity theft charge.) Instead of prison time as was recommended by prosecutors, U.S. District Judge Thomas W. Phillips sentenced Kernell to one year and one day inside a halfway house, with a specific facility to be named later, as well as three years of probation. Is that too much or not enough??? I know if someone hacks my stuff they better give them the same treatment, since they did it for Sarah Palin’s Funky Ass!!!! “Can’t Stand Her”(D.L. Hugely Voice) @TatWza

Apple + Twitter get Ping!!!!

Rumor has it Apple couldn’t get it together with Facebook for Ping functionality(maybe thats why Zuckerberg took a bite at Apple) so Apple went to Twitter. Twitter has announced that Ping is now integrated into Twitter.com and this will put your Ping activity, song previews, and iTunes links right into your Twitter tweets. The setup process is simple. You just head into Ping on your iTunes store menu and click the Twitter banner up on top, sign into your Twitter account and you are good to go(Elephant man voice). When you are all linked up anything you do on Ping, whether that be posting, liking, or reviewing it will be tweeted by you. Within the Twitter.com UI(user interface) are now iTunes/Ping styles song previews and links which make it really easy for people to sample songs right in the browser. The feature is now available in all 23 countries where the iTunes Music Store is live. @TatWza
