GTA head Leslie Benzies said Rock Star is exploring options of fusing all the cities from prior GTA games into 1 game. That my friend would be one of the biggest move Rockstar games could do. In his interview with digital Trends he says “Of course at some point we would like to have one big world containing all our cities and let the player fly between them and revisit their favorite areas,”.
