Nokia as we all known has a dying mobile business, to try to bring the company back they launched today their Nokia Music service. The company is looking to compete with Apple’s iTunes and Spotify (good luck to them on that), Lumia smartphone users can subscribe for $3.99 per month and download all the music they want for that price which is’nt so bad. Nokia says “allows you to download music at six times the existing quality” and lets you “set rules to only download high quality when you’re on WiFi” Look for the service to roll out in full in the coming weeks.
OS 6.1.2 Jailbreak To Be Released Tonight
So earlier today Apple released an update for its iOS operating system, to fix the few bugs the update had. The word was th update would affect the jail broken iPhones using “evasi0n” the jailbreak software compatible with iOS 6.1.2 will be released some time later today according to the team of developers who developed the “evasi0n” jailbreak. Everyone looking to download the new updated version of evasi0n, it will be available on their dev site.
Archos To Release Affordable Smartphones
Archos is looking to drop a smartphone later this year, which will be more than affordable just like their tablets. The smartphones just like their Tablets will run Google’s Android OS. Archos will announce the smartphones around the sometime they plan on announcing a line of “Platinum” Android Tablets. The “Platinum” smartphones will have 4.8-inch Platinum screen, which could cost around $335 and run on a 1.7GHz quad-core MediaTek CPU and use Android 4.1. Are You Ready For ‘See Through’ Smartphones?!?!
Polytron Technologies, a company based out in Taiwan, is looking to make everybody’s dreams come true with see through smartphones. They recently showed off a prototype that is almost completely transparent, with the exception of the SD card & battery, but they plan to fix that. They’re also actively talking to phone manufacturers to get this out as soon as possible. Peep the video after the jump!!
15-Year-Old Designs Off The Wall iPhone Wallet Case
Vojtech Svarc was’nt happy with the products that were available for the iPhone, so he figured he would create one himself. The trick Vojtech wanted to create, was the ability to carry the iPhone as on wallet but also using with removing the phone from the case.
