After being online for 7 years, blogTV will be merging with the live streaming company, YouNow! As part of its partnership, blogTV will redirect to YouNow and will operate under the YouNow brand. In an email sent to subscribers, Oren Levy, CEO of BlogTV wrote, “We know that change can be difficult, but we are excited to partner with YouNow who are able to provide the resources necessary to move forward. As we worked with YouNow to facilitate this merger, we discovered a great company, with a staff dedicated to making your live streaming experience the best it can be.” Users will be able to migrate their account to YouNow and enjoy special benefits and new features. BlogTV users have until March 27t to transfer over their account to YouNow.

The levitating mouse is ment to reduce pressure of the wrist and could lead to carpal tunnel syndrome.According to Dr. David Rempel told The New York Times in 2008 that “in the last few years, strong evidence has emerged that if you use a computer mouse for more than 20 hours a week, your risk of carpal tunnel syndrome is increased.”. Google Android’s Chief Executive is stepping down. Andy Rubin, led the development of the successful Android mobile software business for Google. He is reportedly is stepping down to start an unspecified “new chapter” at the company. Sundar Pichai, the executive in charge of Google’s Chrome, will take over the Android division.

On Monday, Cambridge University released a study looking how much of what people “like” on Facebook can reveal about who they are. In the study people who openly declare their affinity for curly fries on Facebook tend to have higher IQs. Researchers found that they could, correctly guess your sexual orientation by analyzing the kinds of TV shows and movies.The study even included “like” predictors that could tell whether users’ parents had separated when they were young vs. whether they had not as well as your race, political background and religion.

It looks like Google Now is on its way to iOS, Windows 8 and Chromebooks users. Google Now gives you personalized, up to date information as you need it. The Google search app delivers today’s weather, your Google Calendar appointments, directions to home or work (depending on what time of day it is), a heads up to nearby events, the score from your favorite sports team’s latest game, boarding passes, package tracking, dinner reservations and a lot more. There was reportedly a Google ad promoting Google Now on the iPhone and iPad that was later pulled from Youtube. No one at Google would comment on the the Youtube Google video ad.
