Facebook is down and has been experiencing outages since about midnight Eastern Time tonight, Oct. 5, 2010. Many Twitter users are reporting the outage, withhundreds of tweets appearing about it in minutes. DownRightNow.com confirms the downtime, with the first widespread problems starting about 11:52 p.m. EST.

This is just too tragic. The bodies of two young lesbians have been found, after they left their families good-bye phonecalls and went missing about a week ago. It’s believed that they purposely overdosed on prescription pills. Jeanine Blanchette, 21, and Chantal Dube, 17, had been together since February, and although Jeanine’s mother Ellen claims that her daughter’s sexuality had nothing to do with her death, that she’d been suffering from mental health problems since she was 15.

Like every other automaker, Toyota is always looking to increase the safety of its vehicles, be it through investing millions of dollars towards R&D or incorporating new safety measures as standard equipment. It’s also working hard to fully restore its recently tarnished public image. Hurdles do keep popping up now and again, however, with the latest one has been placed by Allstate. According to the Los Angeles Times, the insurance company is seeking $3 million in compensation as a result of 270 claims of sudden acceleration.

A rumor was floating around that YM had their own line of credit cards, as a picture of Mack Maine in the latest issue of The Source seemed to show him with one. He later confirmed to Karen Civil it’s true. Says Mack: “As far as the Young Money credit cards go, it is true. I don’t have a definite date yet, but I should have one soon before the end of the week. But it is true, so make sure the fans and the people that are interested sign up. It’s a pre-paid card. We’re not starting it out with each member having their own card just yet. It’s just pretty much a Young Money card and then we’ll branch out to like Nicki Minaj pink cards, maybe having Wayne and Drake cards being like the black cards. You know, just different levels of it. Maybe have Twist and Chuckee for the younger crowd. We’ll make sure each member has it as we learn the ropes. It’s a lot of perks that’s going to come along with the card. You’ll get discounts to go online and shop at our website. So, you’ll get things like that. We’ve got different companies like Target and some others companies where you’ll be able to discounts as well when you use the card there.”

Jersey Shore’s DJ Pauly D has reportedly started production on his own spin-off reality series, tentatively titled Pauly’s Entourage, that will chronicle him as he travels the country as a professional DJ. A source reveals: “He started shooting in his hometown in Rhode Island on Thursday and by Saturday the entire production had moved to The Palms in Las Vegas. They’re looking to choose a deejay-related name and so far the working title is Pauly’s Entourage. They are having a blast shooting it and it’s expected to do really well.” His ‘Entourage’ will include his road manager Big Mike, his bodyguard Jerry, and his childhood friend Jason. Personally I’m waiting on Snooki’s show…but I think this will be pretty dope too!
