The well-integrated R-Design package consists of a distinct front fascia, rear bumper cutout with diffuser and bespoke 18-inch alloys in a fetching smoked finish. While there isn’t any more power under the hood, the 300-horsepower 3.0-liter inline turbo six should fit the bill rather nicely, especially with its generous 325 pound-feet of torque. No word on any shift-map changes for the six-speed automatic gearbox, but what we’d really like to see for this sportier S60 is a set of paddle shifters.

The Lexus GS is set to get a comprehensive redesign sometime next year, including thoroughly upgraded underpinnings that will for the basis of Lexus’ next generation 5 Series fighter. Like the current GS platform, the new architecture will form the basis of the next IS, which in its current form is essentially a shortened and squished GS.

Fiesta RS is all gaping intakes, massive flares and skyscraping wings, and needless to say, it looks The Business. Motivated by an EcoBoost-branded 1.6-liter turbocharged four of undisclosed output, the four-wheel-drive RS will get a shakedown run on Spain’s gravel roads next week, though Ford says it’s already conducted about 3,000 kilometers worth of testing with various engines.

With a bevy of other debuts it’s no surprise Lotus worked hard to keep their current favorite a favorite by not messing too much with the formula. The new hotness features the same RWD, mid-engined, two-seat configuration. Power comes from a 316-horsepower 2.0-liter inline four propelling the car to 62 mph from a dead stop in just 4.3 seconds. The car adds start/stop technology to further reduce emissions, which we don’t care about, and will come with a peculiarly-oriented six-speed manual, which we do care about. The biggest concern? Weight jumps to about 2,400 pounds from the current approximately 2,000 pounds of car.
