Plaxico Burress rolled his left ankle last Wednesday during an informal workout with Santonio Holmes and it was reported that he would miss the 3rd practice with the New York Jets.  According to the Jets, Burress is good to go and started practicing today.  Read more after the jump. @Shay_Marie x @gametimegirl
