There’s good news for Tupac fans! Now that the movie scenes are completely wrapped up, we could be expecting the biopic sooner than expected.
Tupac Biopic ‘All Eyez On Me’ Moves To Vegas To Finish Filming; Cast To Be Honored By The City
The Tupac biopic, All Eyez On Me, has been filming in Atlanta since earlier this year, and yesterday, they moved over to Las Vegas to complete the film. As you know, Pac died following the Bruce Seldon vs. Mike Tyson fight at the MGM Grand in Vegas in 96, so the cast will be reenacting “the hours and events leading up to that fateful night.” According to a press release, some of the cast and crew will be honored by the City of Sin today with a proclamation from Clark County Commissioner, Lawrence Weekly. This includes the film’s director Benny Boom, and the actor portraying Tupac, Demetrius Shipp Jr. No word on when this will hit theaters, but I’m looking forward to it. Will you be checking for it?

Tupac’s Mother Is Getting Divorced: Husband Wants Parts Of Tupac Estate
Tupac’s mother is divorcing her husband of 12 years. According to TMZ reports, Afeni Shakur and Gust Davis have been separated for more than a year and Shakur recently filed for divorce. The couple does not have a pre-nup and Davis is gunning for parts of the Tupac estate in the settlement. Shakur filed for divorce in North Carolina and the judge will be dividing up their assets based on fairness. The couple has a lot of property including a 50 acre ranch, houseboats, and a Jaguar not to mention the Tupac estate rakes in about $900,000 a year. Davis has filed for rights to live on the ranch, keys to houseboat, he wants to keep his sweet ride, as well as $10,000 a month in alimony for the rest of his life. So far no decisions have been made, but Afeni Shakur has filed to dismiss Davis’ alimony request. Stay tuned for details.
