Last night in the heart of Times Square NYC, Our 1 Year Anniversary Concert at the Best Buy Theater was a success! Thanks to all fans of the artist, of course to the blog IFWT and Funkmaster Flex who put on a show! The line up was mean and it lined up as unsigned artist GQ opened up, follow by Uncle Murda who brought out BK’s comrade Maino. The BX’s own French Montana was on deck then Red Cafe who brought out Ryan Leslie to do Fly Together. Juelz Santana storm throught right after shouts to Slow Bucks and the D-Block General Jadakiss bodied the stage with Styles P perform a catalog of classics. Closing out the show was MMG’s Meek Mill. 2 Chainz Goes at Joe Budden on Twitter
2 Chainz is making quite a splash as a solo artist these days. The former Duffle Bag Boyz member has a new track heating up the charts, and artists are reaching out left and right for collabs. His most recent collab is with rap royalty Jadakiss, and it seemed to take fellow emcee Joe Budden by surprise. Joe had previously asked about Chainz single on Twitter a while back, making fun of the line when he talks about sexing women in a casket because he’s “killing these h*es”. Over the weekend, word got to him about 2 Chainz collab with Kiss and needless to say, he wasn’t a fan. “u got a new joint w 2 Chainz ???? ….. Maybe its me, ” Joe asked Kiss on Twitter.
