Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s (LACMA) fourth annual Art+Film Gala was full of familiar faces. James Franco, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Jamie Foxx, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian were all in attendance for the festive gala. Proceeds from the gala will be used to support LACMA’s initiative to make film more central to the museum’s curatorial programming while also funding LACMA’s broader mission. What started out as DJ’s looking to spin the tracks they wanted to hear while in London has turned into one of the most popular street-wear brands over the past few years. In just a few years it has taken a stage-front in street-wear clothing collaborating with major store’s even collaborating on a limited edition 40oz hat. Its biggest collaboration is now with the high-end luxury department store, Harvey Nichols. As Kim Kardashian and Kanye West plan to officially tie the knot in the next few days, her ex-man Ray J has decided to give the happy couple a very generous (sort of) wedding gift. He plans to cut KimYe a check for $47K representing four months of his profits grossed from their sex tape (and that’s just HIS half from 2014.) It’s crazy that even after seven years, the Kim K/Ray J sex tape is STILL bringing in major dough. The “I Hit It First” artist claims that if Kim and Kanye decline his gift, he’ll donate the $$ to her favorite charity. SMH!
