Keyshia Cole Admits Her Single With Nicki Minaj Was the Wrong Choice; Contemplates Tour With Her & Monica

The lead single “I Ain’t Thru” off Keyshia’s new album, Calling All Hearts, featured the HB but failed to garner the attention Keyshia would have liked. She was hoping it’d be a “statement” record for her, while the label was hesitant and pushing for a more “intense, soulful record” from Keysh. “…I really should have followed [their] direction,” she told the AP. “But I wanted that to be a statement record. It’s like saying, ‘I’m doing me, you know. I don’t have no regrets for nothing that I’m doing.’” The second single seems to be picking up some more steam, however. Keyshia did a live U-Stream last night on the heels of her album dropping, and spoke on a tour she hopes to embark on as early as March. She contemplated a major R&B tour including Monica, Faith Evans, Melanie Fiona and Tank. “If we don’t do that tour, then it will probably be me and Nicki Minaj,” she told fans. “I would love to go out with Nicki.” Which tour would you like to see? @MarisaMendez

NYC to start BILLING residents when ambulances show up to treat your injuries!!!

Did you know that the crash rate in New York City is actually more than 30 percent LESS than the national average, yet New Yorkers pay the fourth HIGHEST insurance premium rates in the nation?? Now a new “crash tax” proposal has been made that would directly charge residents for using ambulances and fire trucks in the case of an emergency! Projected prices are $490 to receive emergency services for a car fire or accident that involves an injury. Without an injury, the cost would be $415. For any other type of vehicle accident without injury, the city would charge $365. Besides the fact that these emergency services are already covered in our annual taxes, the worst part is that you will be required to pay these extra fees whether or not you are at fault! Do you think this is fair?? @iBLONDEgenius
