Nascar: Jeff Gordon Gets 5th Career Win at Pocono

Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl Jeff Gordon moved into a tie for third on NASCAR’s Sprint Cup career victories list, winning for the 84th time when he took the checkered flag Sunday at Pocono Raceway. Gordon led most of the final 40 laps and won for the second time this season. His 84 wins tie him with Bobby Allison andDarrell Waltrip for most in NASCAR history. Richard Petty leads with 200 wins and David Pearson is second with 105.


SWV To Make A Come Back!

Sisters With Voices, better known as SWV, are making a come back! The R&B group will be working on a new album and a reality show. Their reality show will show the ladies success, rebuilding their group, and their come back to music after 13 years. Hit the jump for more info. @Julie1205

Nascar: Matt Kenseth wins Sprint Cup Race at Dover

Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl Matt Kenseth pulled away late on the strength of a two-tire pit stop to win the Sprint Cup race at Dover International Speedway. Kenseth led the final 32 laps Sunday to win for the second time this season. He also won at Texas and became the third driver to win twice this season.


Nascar: Carl Edwards Wins Dover Nationwide Race

Logano lost control on his own and tagged the wall, triggering a wreck-filled final lap that knocked out several contenders and let Edwards win the Nationwide Series race Saturday at Dover International Speedway.


NBA: Man Who Wanted 33-Yr Prison Sentence in Honor of Larry Bird (No.33), Now Wants it Reduced

Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl – seriously, just for his stupidity of asking for 3 more years, I hope they don’t let him out!  I’ve heard of some crazy “fan” stories, but this just takes the cake! Just about everyone thinks Eric Torpy is a birdbrain. In October 2005, Torpy asked an Oklahoma County judge to tack on three more years to his 30-year prison sentence for armed robbery and two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
