Just last week, REVOLT premiered Brooklyn rapper Maino’s latest video, “All About You,” which is a tribute to Tupac; so it’s only right that they follow up with the storied MC. In the follow-up interview, Maino mentioned that “this was a concept that was made almost 20 years ago and it still fits for today” — speaking on the impact Tupac had on not only his life but also all of music. “If you was n**** in these streets or dealing with a certain kind of lifestyle, you may have related to ’Pac. Chris Brown wants Karrueche back, and he wants the world to know. Well, kind of…because even though he posted a whole bunch of stuff to his Instagram, he’s since deleted it. His point was made, though. Amidst their latest breakup, (which rumors say was caused by Chris feeling Kae was an “opportunist” and a cheater…) Chris is going hard to let her know she is his soulmate, his WCW and his only WCW. Yesterday afternoon, Breezy posted (then deleted 4 minutes later…) a picture of Karrueche from a recent photo shoot, captioning it with “My only WCW.” He later reposted the image with simply “WCW,” and left that up for a bit longer.

Recently a police officer from the scene of Tupac’s death enlightened us with the last words of the young rapper. Now there has just been a 22-minute audio clip released of Tupac on the phone with OG Sanyika “Monster” Shakur.
“This was me and Tupac’s first conversation. This was October 18th 1995. I had just gotten out of Pelican a month before, and Pac had been out a couple of days. We did not know we were being recorded. My wife pressed record on the answering machine and unbeknown to either of us, caught some bomb ass history.” – Sanyika Shakur

Chi-town native, Common has released a heart-felt letter, paying homage to the legendary poet Maya Angelou. Common has revealed that his love with Ms. Angelou started in 2nd grade after reading her classic piece ‘Still I Rise’. It was then that a young common established that “he must be heard”.
