AWKWARD! Webstar Gets Denied Outside NYC Club 1, 2, 3, 4…FIVE Times Before Getting In!

Call that b*tch a crew hop / got me feelin’ like Tupac!

Last night, “Chicken Noodle Soup” co-creator DJ Webstar was attempting to get into NYC hot spot Griffin, but things didn’t quite go the way he wanted for a period of time. It seems as though he doesn’t have the clout he needed to get in, and attempted to slide through with various artists as they made their way in. He tried walking in with Rick Ross and Stalley first up – Webstar got the elbow. Next was Mandeecees and Yandy – another elbow for Webstar. Then Funk Flex walked in…Webstar didn’t. Elbow. He finally got in Busta Rhymes’ mix and was able to ride his coattails into the club. Webstar, you get an A for resilience, but a D for being a crew-up. At least you never gave up. Ni**a You made it!

(Photos) Check Out Costumes From Chris Brown, Karrueche, Blac Chyna, Amber Rose & More At Amber’s Surprise Halloween Birthday Party

Amber Rose celebrates another year of life today (ugh, breaks my heart that she is going through a divorce in the midst of it!) and last night thought she was going to a regular Halloween party. Turns out, it was a surprise birthday party! Tons of her celebrity friends were in attendance (and in costume) from Chris Brown to Karrueche, Blac Chyna (and her mom…), Nelly, Eva Marcille and more. Amber was a zombie Peggy Bundy, Eva went as Little Red Riding Hood, Karrueche was a bunny, Chris looks like a regular guy wearing a hood LOL, I have NO idea what Blac Chyna is supposed to be but she was definitely showing her a$$…maybe a sexy nun?…and Nelly I think is supposed to be Tupac? I need some of these celebs to try harder at costumes next year! Pics below.

Biggie’s ‘Ready to Die’ Debuted 20 Years Ago Today: Do Millenials Understand Lyrical References?

Notorious B.I.G.’s Ready To Die debuted in 1994 on this day. Hip-hop just started moving to the forefront of pop-culture after the success of Dr. Dre’s The Chronic, Snoop Dogg’s Doggystyle, and Nas’ Illmatic. It was the perfect time for Biggie to release his cleverly worded story of life as a dope dealer in Bed Stuy. He had many radio-hit singles like, “Big Poppa”, “Warning”, and “Suicidal Thoughts,” to counterbalance the realness of what he was going to deliver next. Christopher Wallace aka Notorious B.I.G. was 22 years old and about to become one of the nation’s largest icons.
