Although June Ambrose’s VH1 reality show Styled By June, where the celeb fashion stylist did such things as give actor Jaleel White “Steve Urkel” a makeover, had sort of a cult following, the network didn’t renew the series…..So in steps Jay-Z. The hip-hop mogul who is also a client of Ambrose’s, has signed on the sassy stylist for an original video series called “Style Boost with June Ambrose” on his Life+Times website and Ambrose went on her Twitter to to announce the collaboration !! Same thing with Missy Elliott, sometimes you need management to pull those favors and make those calls. They got me in touch, they loved the song, they loved the muisc. May 14th everyone will be able to purchase E.V.E.’s album, “Lip Lock“. As of today, the cover art for the up-coming has been released. Features will include, Missy Elliot, Swiss Beatz, and, but not limited to Snoop Dogg Lion. E.V.E. says, “I’m not trying to relive any moments of my life. I’m in a new place in my life. I’m almost a new artist. It’s a fun record,” which is why she doesn’t want anyone to take this album too literal. We’ll hear it for ourselves come May.
