One of the biggest topics of conversation this past week was Justin Bieber being arrested in Miami for DUI. Initially, reports claimed that Justin was drag racing, going 60 mph in a 30 mph zone, which was the initial reason for pulling Bieber and his friend (alleged drag racing opponent) Khalil over.
