Celebs Reach Out To Tameka Raymond & Usher During Tragic Time

After the sad news broke that Usher’s stepson Kyle (his estranged wife Tameka Foster’s son) had been in a horrible accident and was declared brain dead, so many of their friends reached out via Twitter with an outpour of love and support. 40/40 Corrects Problem And Cleared For Business

Ne York City’s 40/40 club just re-opened a few days ago after huge, $10 million renovations and now it’s shut down for health violations! According to the NYPost, a bunch of health-code violations were found at the 40/40 when a health inspector inspected the club’s kitchen on Thursday. The club now faces a “C” grade from the Health Department.  Read more after the jump. Julie1205

Jeffrey Atkins (born February 29, 1976), better known by his stage name Ja Rule, is a rapper, singer, and actor. Born in Hollis, Queens, he began his career in the group Cash Money Click and debuted in 1999 with Venni Vetti Vecci and its single “Holla Holla”. From 2000 to 2004, Ja Rule had several hits that made the top 20 of the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, including “Between Me and You” with Christina Millian, “I’m Real (Murder Remix)” with Jennifer Lopez, “Always on Time” with Ashanti, “Mesmerize” also with Ashanti, and “Wonderful” with R. Kelly and Ashanti. During the 2000s, Ja Rule was signed to The Inc. Records, which was formerly known as Murder Inc. and was led by Irv Gotti. @djmikesessions


(Video) Nelly Opens Up About His Sister’s Death for the First Time

In an upcoming “Behind the Music” special on VH1, Nelly opens up about a lot of things he’s kept private for his career. He speaks on his relationship with Ashanti (who also appears in the show!), the highs and lows of the business and even the 2005 passing of his sister Jackie, who he lost to Leukemia. In the clip below, Nelly tells how he was the last one to speak to Jackie before she died, and how he went into a tailspin after he heard the news, splitting a door in half and shattering a television screen in rage. “I just broke down, yo, in one of the rare moments I did cry.” The full show airs March 7th at 10pm EST on VH1. @MarisaMendez
