Brigham Young University aka BYU is a private college run by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. That means they are very religious and have a certain set of rules that some might consider ridiculous, like this one. Iggy Azalea is smashing sh*t right now! The Australian import has already achieved two major feats on the Billboard charts this year, tying with only Ashanti as the longest run by a female to hold the number one and two spots on the Hot 100, with her single “Fancy” being #1 and her feature on Ariana Grande’s “Problem” being #2. She also is behind only the Beatles among acts that have spent the most time at numbers 1 and 2 simultaneously with their first two Hot 100 entries. And now a third accolade to add to her resume: Iggy’s Charli XCX-assisted single “Fancy” tops the Billboard Hot 100 for a sixth week, giving her the longest-leading number 1 by a female rapper, passing Lil Kim who previously held the record with five weeks at number 1 with “Lady Marmalade” in 2001. Congrats, girl!

Last night, the super-producer hit the studio with Ashanti, who recently released a solo album that although was pretty dope, it didn’t do nearly as well commercially as her old stuff once did. Mustard is currently working on his debut album, 10 Summers, so there’s no telling whether this is for that project, or a new one for ‘Shan. Are you looking forward to hearing what they cooked up?
