Lil Kim is the latest name announced by VH1 as an honoree at this year’s Hip-Hop Honors: All Hail the Queens ceremony. The Queen Bee joins the previously-announced Queen Latifah, Salt-N-Pepa and Missy Elliott, so she is certainly in some legendary company!

Award season is in full swing. Following last night’s Billboard Music Awards, next up is the BET Awards, going down June 26 in Los Angeles. The nominees have officially been announced, and Drake is leading the way with 9 nominations, with Beyoncé and Rihanna trailing behind him, tied for 5 each.
