Nia Guzman Responds To Reports That She Lost In Custody Court With Chris Brown
Earlier today, TMZ published a story about Chris Brown and his daughter’s mother, Nia Guzman. The report said that Nia had lost in court gunning for full custody of Royalty as opposed to the joint custody she and Chris share now, as well as a court-appointed monitor for the time Chris would get. However, Nia says that’s not what the court date was about at all. “#LIES! There is no big victory when it comes to children,” Nia wrote in response to TMZ’s headline. “I never I REPEAT NEVER wanted or have tried to take our child away! And NEVER WILL. All that was asked is a set NANNY in place. IN WHICH WE BOTH WOULD of agreed upon. I went for this because ONE individual VERY close to the situation advised me MOTHER TO MOTHER. That I needed monitors and drug testing and random house visits.” She continues on, saying that this family member of Chris gave her intel on his drug use, but walked away at the final hour so as to not back up her initial statements and leave Nia looking like the bad guy. Chris Brown Scores Huge Legal Victory Over His Daughter In Court!
Breezy just scored a big W in his battle for custody for his daughter Royalty, in court yesterday. His baby’s mother, Nia Guzman, tried to up her monthly child support payments from Brown as well as reduce how much he contact he has with his 1 year old daughter, claiming he was unfit to be a good father. The judge wasn’t having any of it and leaned unanimously in Breezy’s favor.

As previously reported, Chris Brown is at war with his neighbors, who have called the cops and have an ongoing investigation on him for his excessive ATV riding around the neighborhood. They say it’s not only disturbing because of the noise and the fact he is going on their property, but it’s endangering the local children as well. Chris, however, doesn’t seem too concerned. He posted the above photo on social media, mocking their claims and insinuating there’s no way there can be truth to them, because he owns so much of his own land. However, TMZ has provided another photo (because they hate Chris and can’t wait to prove him wrong at any chance they get,) and it shows a different angle that could certainly be ample riding space for Chris to annoy the neighbors.
