Madonna Set To Honor Prince At 2016 Billboard Awards
Madonna has been tapped to pay homage to Prince at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. There have been no further details released about the tribute, but knowing their close friendship, I think she will do it justice. Other performers for the show that night include Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, DNCE, Fifth Harmony with Ty Dolla $ign, The Go-Go’s, Demi Lovato, Shawn Mendes, Pink, Britney Spears, Troye Sivan and Nick Jonas with Tove Lo. Celine Dion will receive the ICON Award.

Johnny Manziel drowned any depression he had from watching the NFL draft knowing he currently isn’t in the league and that just two years ago he was the biggest star on draft day, in 300 shots of fireball and Miller Lite! Johnny was at Dahlia Bar in Columbus Ohio last night as the draft ended and he clearly was in good spirits as he ordered 300 shots of fireball for the crowd. Earlier in the day he was at another Columbus bar just apparently drinking by himself so it’s safe to say the alcohol numbed any pain of he may have been feeling on draft day.
Ludacris & Ciara Will Host 2016 Billboard Music Awards + Nominees Announced
Is it 2016 or 2004? We can’t be sure, but all I know is I’m currently bumping “Oh” now after seeing both of those names in the same sentence. Ludacris and Ciara have been tapped as hosts of the 2016 Billboard Awards, going down Sunday, May 22 in Las Vegas. While this is CiCi‘s first year with hosting duties, Luda is a bit of a vet with two prior years under his belt. The nominees were announced by the pair on Good Morning America this morning, with additional nominees announced live via Billboard Music Award’s Facebook and Periscope following the show. Nominees are based on album and digital songs sales, radio airplay, streaming, touring and social engagement between March 23, 2015 through March 17, 2016. Find out who’s up for an award below!
