Lil Twist was reckless speeding down the 101 Freeway in Justin’s Fisker when he made an unsafe lane change and got pulled over. The cop ended up being nice about the lane change but gave him a ticket for tinted windows. He’s lucky it’s Justin’s birthday…check out the photos after the jump.
