The 2011 Grammy nominees were announced tonight. Hip-hop was heavy on the award nominees this year! Congrats to Nicki Minaj, B.o.B, and Tyga on their first nominations!!! Eminem got the most with 10. Rihanna, Jay, Bey, Drizzy, Kanye and more are all in there as well, plus more. Congrats to all and good luck! The show airs Sunday, Feb. 13, at 8 p.m. on CBS. @MarisaMendez
Tech Talk Device: Weirdest Blackberry You’ll Ever See!!!!!!
Not sure if this Blackberry is looking to the future or the Past! the “Empathy” is the unusual outcome of a “RIM-sponsored” design project at the Art Center College of Design and says it has ability to detect the emotions of its user AND his or her contacts(Sure Buddy). Detecting Emotions like anger and joy will be displayed on a social map, colored rings indicate your contacts’ previous and current emotional states and that is to be presented on a full touchscreen that can become transparent when the phone’s not in use. Still a Button Pusher huh? Well just Turn the phone around, and you’ve got one of the ugliest looking portrait QWERTY keyboards the world has ever seen. Tech wise this phone has an inability to properly sync IMAP accounts in real time, which is not exactly what smartphone users can do without at this point in the game. 2010 Soul Train Awards Winners!!
Even though this year’s Soul Train Awards was previously taped at the beginning of November, the show finally aired tonight!! The Soul Train Awards took place at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia with Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson as hosts. Some winners of the awards included: Usher and Alicia Keys, who dominated the winners list with double victories each, but Eminem and B.o.B. weren’t too far behind with their wins!  Read more after the jump… @wendyKlucas
Celebs Sign off Social Networks in the Name of Charity!!
Several celebrities are planning to sign off social networks, such as Twitter and Facebook, this Tuesday all in the name of charity. Alicia Keys’ charity Keep A Child Alive is staging a campaign that will have celebs such as Lady GaGa, Justin Timberlake, and Usher signing off of their social network accounts until they raise $1 million for World AIDS Day. Some celebrities will even film “last tweet and testament” videos which will show them lying coffins to represent their “digital death.” @wendyKlucas Read more after the jump

ET WHAT TO WATCH FOR: In the first game between these two, the Packers gave up 196 yards rushing against the Vikings, which was the highest total (by 40 yards) since Dom Capers became the team’s defensive coordinator. Adrian Peterson had 131 yards and a touchdown on 28 carries and Green Bay can expect more of the same today. The Vikings’ wild card is how effective WR Sidney Rice (hip surgery) will be in his first action of the season. Rice was Brett Favre’s go-to receiver last season, and he is anxious to play.
