Kendrick Lamar Pens Open Letter To Tupac On The Anniversary Of His Death
Yesterday marked the 19th anniversary of Tupac’s passing (can you believe it?), and Kendrick Lamar wanted to commemorate the occasion with an open letter to his favorite artist. “I was 8 yrs old when I first saw you,” the letter began, which was published on 2pac.com. “I couldn’t describe how I felt at that moment. So many different emotions. Full of excitement. Full of joy and eagerness…” Read the full letter in the gallery.
