Mike Zombie became known to the masses in 2013 for his production on Drake’s smash single “Started From The Bottom.” He then signed to OVO as a producer, and later got another major placement on DJ Khaled’s “They Don’t Love You No More” with Jay Z, Rick Ross, French Montana and Meek Mill. (Later, the remix would become Remy Ma’s first post-jail release.) However, many don’t know Mike is a talented rapper as well. The Willingboro, New Jersey native released his first mixtape, The End Of The Beginning, in 2013 and Rebel Without A Cause in 2015. As he gears up for his next project, Humble Genius, the rapper/writer/producer spoke with LifeIsTremendez for their New Jersey spotlight series about his standing with OVO, what he’s working on and more. For Rihanna’s Navy, waiting for the release of her latest project ‘ANTI’ is almost unbearable. Fans believed several times towards the end of last year that the album would drop, however even with the announcement of her 2016 ‘ANTI World Tour’ and having serval rooms unlocked in her ANTiDiary, there’s still no sign of new music. Several weeks ago, Rihanna and her rumored beau were put on blast by songwriter Glass John, who claimed Travi$ Scott is the reason the album has been held up so long. Scott denied these claims and Rihanna never responded. Today, however a photo leaked of what seemed to be an official tracklist for the album, sending RihRih fans into a frenzy. Congratulations, Pusha T! The Virginia rapper has been named the new president of G.O.O.D. Music. The label which falls under the Def Jam umbrella was founded by Kanye West, who has now passed to crown to Pusha T. Taylor Swift Leads 2015 American Music Awards Nominations Followed By The Weeknd; Check Out The Full List
The 2015 American Music Awards are upon us; the nominations that is. In the lead with six nods is Taylor Swift, however, right on her coat tail is Ed Sheeran and The Weeknd with five, including Artist of the Year and Favorite Album for the soul/R&B category.
