East Coast Snowpocalypse: Over 1,000 Flights Cancelled!
A band of frigid weather was snaking up the East Coast on Sunday, promising blizzards and a foot of snow for New York City and New England, while several states made emergency declarations as the storm caused crashes and deaths on slick roads. Airlines grounded hundreds of flights Sunday along the Northeast corridor in anticipation of the storm. New York City-area airports alone canceled close to 1,000 flights. Rapper Eve Will Host MTVs 2010 Africa Music Awards Tomorrow!!
Rapper turned actress Eve, is set to host MTVs third annual Africa Music Awards (MAMA). This award show is set to be held tomorrow, December 11th, in the city of Lagos at the New Expo center of the Eko Hotel & Suites. Rick Ross and T-Pain are of the USA scheduled performers, as well as popular African artist Nneka. See a list of all scheduled performances, celeb presenters and award categories after the jump.
