The New York Giants are notorious for rocky starts to past seasons. This season has proved to be no different. Losing two games that should have resulted in victories for the New York team, fans were instantly annoyed, and with good reason. Thursday night, Eli Manning and the Giants turned things around and defeated the Washington Redskins, 32-21.
Say What You Want, But Iggy Azalea Snagged 12 Billboard Nominations
Despite all of the slack she has received over the past few months, Iggy Azalea is running the Billboard Music Awards. Following Taylor Swift with 14 Billboard nominations and the big Grammy winner, Sam Smith with 13, Iggy Iggs pulls in a strong 12, including Top New Artist, Top Streaming Artist and Top Rap Artist. Lol, I know some people are going to be MAD! I-G-G-Y shares the Top Rap Artist category with J. Cole, Drake, Nicki Minaj and Ra Sremmurd. And because she made the rap artist list, you know she’s on the Top Rap Album list for The New Classic. [Super MAD with a cape] Rap albums include 2014 Forest Hills Drive, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, The Pinkprint and Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2. Justin Dior Combs celebrated his 21st birthday over the weekend and the turn-out, a massive one. Diddy’s eldest son decided to do things 90s style. While there were no Talkboy devices or Nintendo games, the theme brought out bucket hats, Versace shirts and Ma$e. Along with the Harlem World rapper, Justin’s parents (of course) Diddy and Misa Hylton, brothers Christian and Quicy, Cassie, Justin Bieber an MANY more attended the celebration. The young adult let the world know of his “hip hop royalty” status with a thrown, scepter, a crown (fit for a prince) and a bottle of Moët. Check out the lit festivities after the jump.
Oscar Nominations Revealed
