August Alsina and Sage The Gemini are up against each other (as well as Zendaya and Rich Homie Quan) for BMI’s “Social Star” award this year…and it looks like their campaigns are quite similar. Both guys recently took to their Instagram pages in the last week to show off what they’re working with, and ladies – you won’t be disappointed! Sage eventually took his photo down after multiple complaints from his male followers, and added a video with the caption, “Ahahahahaha ppl don’t like something so much they comment on it lol. If u see somebody shootin u gne go over there and talk to em or are u gne go somewhere else.” Don’t worry, though – we caught the pic before it was deleted! Out with Disney’s Zendaya Coleman and in with Nickelodeon’s Alexandra Shipp. Lifetime has casted the 23 year old new girl as the new Aaliyah in the controversial film Aaliyah: Princess of R&B., and recited Wendy Williams as executive producer. “I’m excited to exec produce the Aaliyah @lifetimetv movie w/ @DebraMChase.
