Bill Cosby Ordered To Testify In Sexual Assault Case

Wednesday (August 5th) a judge ruled Bill Cosby will be required to testify under oath in the case where a woman is accusing him of sexual assault. The once beloved comedian will be subjected to questions this October about allegations made by Judy Huth, who is claiming Cosby molested her when she was only 15 years-old. This will be the first time Cosby has been ordered to testify under oath regarding accusations since a 2005 deposition in which he admitted to giving women quaaludes. Read more below.

As the evidence continues to mount, Bill Cosby continues to sink. New York magazine got ahold of 35 women who have accused Cosby, 78, of sexually assaulting them by issuing them the drug Quaalude. The 35 women covers the magazine’s latest issue, and speaks out on what they were feeling during the time of their specified incidences. Thus far, New York magazine gives audio from Victoria Valentino, Louisa Moritz, and Joyce Emmons, 70. “I said Bill, what did you give me? I know it was a little white pill,” Emmons recalls her alleged 1979 assault. “I remember that much. He said, ‘It’s called a Quaalude. Spelman College Cuts All Ties With Bill Cosby, Discontinues Professorship Funded By Cosby

Historically black school for women, Spelman College is just another institution to be added to the list of all those who have cut ties with Bill Cosby. Since the news of Cosby drugging and raping over two dozen women broke nearly everything and everyone associated with the once beloved comedian and actor has tried to separate from him. The latest is Spelman who has a professorship funded by Cosby. This week the school released a statement announcing they will discontinue the program. Read More below.


Bill Cosby Faces New Deposition After Losing Appeal In California Court

Bill Cosby is now facing another deposition after his appeal to a California court was denied. Cosby will be required to go under oath and be questioned about sexual assault allegations brought up against him from a 1974 incident.
