Back in the fall, Joey pushed a Donald Trump impersonator off stage and is now reportedly being hit with a $1.5 million lawsuit.
According to TMZ, Phillip Wilburn, the Trump impersonator, says he was performing at an MTV event in LA back in September when Joey shoved him in the back with such force that he fell off the stage and racked up his medical bills. Wilburn says he’s had to pay $1,000 dollars so far in medical expenses and might possibly need surgery which could see things add up to $25,000. After all is said and done, he believes he’ll lose around $50,000 in lost profits due to his injuries & missed work.
