24-year-old Yasmine Elder has now been charged with first degree murder as she forced him to drink bleach during an argument. 26-year-old Darrius Ellis and Elder was sitting inside of a van when she forced the bleach down his throat.
Officers found Ellis laying down on the ground. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The autopsy said he died from “complications from forcible administration of a caustic substance.” Relatives said he had a 5-year-old son.
Ellis’s grandmother said,
“He was a good kid. Everybody loved him.”
So sad. This man will no longer see his child or his family. Im not sure what would even drive a person to do things like this.
