Last month, news surfaced that Karrueche Tran had gotten a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, in fear of not only her own life but the lives of her close friends and family as well. In the filed docs, the model/actress alleged that Breezy had been threatening to kill her as of late, stating that if he “can’t have her, nobody else can.” He has also reportedly been terrorizing her friends when they run into one another.

Now she’s looking to make the order permanent for three years.

TMZ reports that Kae never even got to give Chris the temporary order, as the process server tried three times to deliver it and failed. The former couple are now headed to court this Thursday, where Kae “will provide proof showing that Chris is a threat.” She hopes to have the restraining order in place for 3 years, with the terms that if Chris violates it, he will go directly to jail.
