Jamie Foxx is currently in Croatia filming for his next movie, Robin Hood: Orgiins. Unfortunately, it’s not all love in the beautiful country.

While Jamie was dining at a local restaurant after a day of filming, two men began making “particularly arrogant and rude” comments – with “one of the guests on racial grounds,” according to the police report. Jamie later made a video about the incident that he has since deleted, but in it, he explained that he was called ‘crncuga’ – which is the n-word in Croatian.

The two men have since been apprehended and charged with disorderly conduct. Police are continuing to investigate to see if more charges should be pursued.
