More than thousands of people attended the “I am Muslim too” rally in Times Square. A former friend of Donald Trump lead the rally, which was Russell Simmons.
Simmons and Trump use to have a tight relationship, but after Trump’s actions, he has burned many bridges. When ask about Trump, Simmons said
“We are unified, because of Donald Trump, so we won’t speak too harshly of him tonight. We want to thank him for bringing us together.”
