On Friday, January 27, Migos released their sophomore album, Culture. The project is the follow up to their 2015 debut Yung Rich Nation, and it is set to far exceed the previous sales.

When YRN dropped in 2015, the success of “Versace” was two years out by then, “Fight Night” was a year out, “Hannah Montana” was three years out. Though they had singles like “Pipe It Up” on there, the reception just wasn’t great, and it debuted at number 17 with 14,500 copies. It’s a VERY different story for Culture, however.
With the number one single “Bad and Boujee,” and other hits like “T-Shirt” and the Travis Scott-assisted “Kelly Price,” the early sales projections are in…and Culture will be a contender for the number one spot with an estimated 70-80k units! The album is up against country singer Brantley Gilbert’s The Devil Don’t Sleep, so we will see who wins when the official numbers arrive this weekend!
