Seattle Mariner Felix Hernandez’s home was hit by a gang of burglars dubbed “The Rock Smash Crew” a few months ago in Washington. They got him for $1.5M in goods including his “King Felix” ring.
Can you imagine that one of the idiots who robbed Hernandez was WEARING the damned ring when he was arrested? The trio robbed over 100 homes in upper crust neighborhoods like Seattle and Bellvue to the tune of $3M. All they did though was blow the money in strip clubs, extravagant meals, and trips.
It took over 9 months of investigation, but the three suspects were arrested today at a West Seattle home where over $500K worth of stolen items were found.
“Crime doesn’t have borders,” Seattle Police Chief Kathleen O’Toole said. “Thanks to a collaborative partnership between our law enforcement agencies, the suspects responsible for these numerous burglaries were caught arrested and will be held accountable.”
