Most people will file for an an annulment from their marriage immediately afterward, as that’s how it works. Not Scott Storch, though…he waited a cool 5.5 years.

TMZ reports that the famous producer only just filed the documents to get out of his marriage from June 7, 2011, though he claims they had separated the very next day and haven’t been together since. He says he and Christina were drunk when they tied the knot, and were “not of sound mind.”
