Meryl Streep ruffled quite a few feathers Sunday night during her Golden Globes speech. In addition to pissing off president-elect Donald Trump, she also has UFC head honcho Dana White firing back.
While Streep was ripping Trump’s immigration plans, she noted that Hollywood is full of foreigners and if we kick them all out, “you’ll have nothing to watch but football and mixed martial arts, which are not the arts.”
TMZ Sports spoke with White who says Streep is an “uppity 80-year-old lady” who was completely wrong when she took a shot at MMA.
White called the dig at his sport “stupid” and “uneducated.”
They also asked if he thought Meryl targeted MMA because Dana gave a speech for Trump at the Republican National Convention.
