In new Birdman/Weezy news, the father of Cash Money gives a little bit of hope to Wayne’s dedicated fans by saying his long overdue album, Tha Carter V, will see the light of day soon.
During a newly-taped appearance on Travis Scott and Chase B’s Beats 1 radio show, which airs today at 3 PM EST, Birdman opened up about the status of #C5:
“It’s definitely coming out. The situation with me and my son, I’m going to put it all behind us and just let it move forward. Wayne is one of the best artists ever to do the game, and I want to see him continue to do what he been doing, and I’m going to support whatever he’s doing.”
Wayne and Birdman’s $51 Million lawsuit was nearly over in November, before Birdman heard his son was speaking his name foul on stage and called the whole thing off. Listen to the audio below and tell me, do you believe him this time?
