The new congressman Roger Marshall from Kansas’s First District was sworn into the House of Representatives by Speaker Paul Ryan. His son was in the background for when they were taking pictures and threw up at dab for the infamous photo, to which Paul Ryan thought he was sneezing and then eventually felt uncomfortable the “sneeze” was taking so long he just put his arm down himself lol:
