With the news of Craig Sager passing away yesterday, we knew that “Inside The NBA” and the Thursday night games on TNT were going to be tough to watch. If you’ve been a big basketball fan for years now then I’m sure there were a few times yesterday you may have wanted to tear up. Sager was a strong guy who kept fighting through his leukemia and made sure he enjoyed his life the way he wanted to. It didn’t take long last night for things to get emotional as the crew from Inside The NBA had a tribute ready for Sager.

Teary eyed yet? There have been so many tributes and special words for Sager in the past 24 hours that we could be here all day sharing the stories. It’s clear this was a man who was genuinely loved by the people around him and was an inspiration to anyone who knew what was going on. RIP Craig Sager #SagerStrong
