Kodak Black was just recently transferred to another jail to face rape case charges against him after serving time for drugs. Now the details of the incident have come to light.
The warrant says:
“[Kodak] forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room. The defendant removed the victim’s underwear and attacked the victim orally and then then penetrated her.”
“The “victim repeatedly told the defendant no and to stop. The defendant did not stop,” the warrant continues.
The incident took place on February 7th of this year in Florence, South Carolina after Black was playing a club. The unnamed victim had bite marks on her neck and breast, and was administered a rape kit once she reported the assault, which confirmed her injuries.
If convicted of criminal sexual conduct, the 19 year old will face 30 years behind bars.
