It was recently revealed that Von Miller made a sex tape with Elizabeth Ruiz while they were vacationing in Cancun, Mexico. Ruiz is allegedly extorting Miller, demanding $2.5 million for the tape. She now says that’s not true.
Ruiz says the Denver Broncos star was the one pushing to record their sexual encounter in Cancun back in June, and that they both recorded portions on their own cell phones.
Miller filed legal docs in an effort to block Ruiz from releasing the tape, and claimed she was trying to get $2.5 million from him in order to keep it out of the public.
Ruiz says Miller is lying and that she never asked him for a dollar. Here’s where I’m confused. She says her lawyer went to Miller’s lawyer and told them about the situation. What situation?! If she wasn’t extorting him, what was the cause of getting lawyers involved? She says Miller’s lawyer is the one who made an unsolicited offer, and her lawyer countered with a higher number of $2.5 million. If it wasn’t about the money then why counter? Girl bye… You need a better story.
So why did she keep the tape? Well, she says she uses it for self-pleasuring activities.
