This is just wrong on so many levels. Caught on camera, we see a woman in a wheelchair recording her daughter being arrested by police. The whole tone of the incident then changes as the woman and police begin to exchange words. This turns into police using a taser on the disabled woman.
The incident is now being investigated. Pretty unnecessary!
