T.I is in hot water once more after a high school is coming after him for bailing on performing at their graduation last summer.
At first the school was a little hesitant to hire Tip for the performance because of the Irving Plaza shooting that went down, but T.I’s agency reassured the school everything would be just fine.
Planet Productions bought into it and started promoting the Florida school concert with $10K a day in advertisement to sell tickets, which accumulated to $300K. A few days later T.I and his team pulled the plug on performing.
PP is now suing Tip and co. for the $300k they spent in marketing and licensing costs, plus the 90 grand they booked T.I for. TMZ reached out to T.I for confirmation, but he hasn’t spoke out yet.
