Just a few weeks ago, a man took it upon himself to deface Donald Trump’s hollywood star. James Otis made is know that he was not a fan of Trump and could care less what the consequences were for his actions. He dressed up as a construction worker and then went to war on the star. He says he did it for the women who were accusing Trump of sexually assaulting them.
We now learn that Otis could possible be facing up to 3 years for the crime. He has just gotten hit with a felony vandalism charge. The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office has charged Otis with one count of felony vandalism. The whole encounter was caught on video so theres really not type of defense that could really happen in my eyes. Otis is now facing up to 3 years in jail and a $10,000 max fine if he’s found guilty. I mean, I guess he shouldn’t have defaced the star but lets just be honest. I personally don’t think it’s really worth much jail time.
